I did not receive the tire cover I ordered back in September and my questions to the seller were not answered. I even told them I would give them to Nov. 1 to get a reply as to where my cover was, after which I would give a very negative feedback. I gave the negative feedback tonight, Nov. 5, and within a hour I got a phone call requesting I remove the negative feedback and a promise that my money would be refunded. I have not received a refund (as per my paypal account) and don't feel comfortable removing feedback. What is the procedure in such a situation?

Do NOT remove the feedback.
Wait until the refund has been received in your account.
Once again, do NOT remove the feedback.
That seller has 35 negative feedbacks in the last year and should NOT be trusted.

They also have had 24 revised feedback in the last 12 months..

This seller is a joke! You would think he learned a lesson after the 1st or 2nd negative feedback but no he continues doing the same thing regardless. Guess he thinks that the buyers are suckers which he hopes to get away with it.
