Do someone know how to solve the non receiving total request technical pb.

Hi, I bought 2 items weeks ago, I sent many requests for the total invoice untill this poor seller lose patience, This last one, told me he sent it twice, I'm pretty sure of his honesty. I know how much it cost of shipping but i just never received those invoices and when i try to pay, I always get the "request total invoice", "contact seller"... I'm honest, I want to pay but ebay tools refuse to let me any ways to pay throught his website. I'm losing patience too... It already happens once years ago, and it just gave 2 angry persons, no transaction, a strike and no help from the ebay customer service. Do someone know how to use the ebay process and add by ourself the shipping amount?

There is an old saying that insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different outcome.
So.
You know the winning price and you know the shipping cost. Go to Paypal "Send Money" and send the correct amount to the seller. Include the eBay transaction numbers in the text box. Mark the items as Paid on your Item Purchased page.
While there are a few differences in the EBay/Paypal and stand alone Paypal Buyer Protection policies, there is nothing that should worry you.

I worry only about that "seller's website" part. Are you attempting or being encouraged to do an off-eBay purchase? Or is it just an error from English not being your first language and you mean the seller's listing on eBay's website?
