Does anyone else have issue with seller with missing items and no replies back

I purchased three items from seller, they arrived after 45 days with one item not included in the box. I have tried 3 times to contact them to not aveil. Does anyone else have this problem and what did  you  do about it.

Since 45 days have passed, within eBay/Paypal all you can do is leave appropriate feedback. Calm and factual is most effective. At the same time you will be asked to leave Detailed Seller Ratings. If a seller's DSRs drop below 4.3, his ability to list and sell on eBay are greatly restricted. The lowest Rating is ONE star. No stars is a free pass.

To get money back you have an option.

Go to the credit card you use to actually pay (PP is just the mediator), phone the 1-800 number , and ask for a chargeback. Have all your transaction information handy for the customer service clerk.
