Does eBay guarantee car delivery and money transfers into other eBay members accounts when buying a car.?

this guy wants to go through eBay , wants me to put money into this account and then he will deliver the car, says eBay has a 10 day return on all transactions

Did you find the car on Ebay or some other place

like Kijiji,  Craigslist or Auto Trader.

If you found it on a place other than ebay then it is a SCAM.

PS ..Ebay has no transaction connection with other sites and their accountants are busy handling Ebay's money , not buyers.

Hi and absolutely NO. You answered an ad on another site and are involved with a SCAMMER. 

This is a common scam on sites like Craigslist, Autotrader and even KIJIJI.

Ebay has nothing to do with other sites. Never wire money to a stranger ie Western Union, MoneyGram etc.

Cease communication and report the ad on whatever site.

Report the seller to the site where you found the listing. They are trying to get rid of these crooks.

And pat yourself on the back for asking here before sending money. Many don't.

There is no vehicle.

The seller will not deliver the vehicle because it does not exist.

She is not a widow.He is not in Afghanistan . Or on a oceanographic research ship.

He might be in an internet cafe in Lagos.
