Just wondering.... It was found that I had entered an incorrect shipping address. Not true! I always pay via Paypal, but the tracking history was all messed up due to a mistake made by Pitney Bowes. Anyway, the case was closed (NOT in my favour) and I appealed it. Does anyone ever win an appeal?

Yes but you need to call and speak to a real person in Customer Service to plead your case. When the cases are opened and closed by bots, they miss most if not all the subtleties. Have all your information at hand and be prepared to speak to multiple people and levels of CSRs until you get someone who finally understands what you are saying to them. If you know you are in the right, be polite and firm until you make your point loud and clear in a meaningful way. Don't take 'no' for an answer. But be polite. There is nothing to be gained by rudeness to these poor folks who take the calls.
Good luck. Come back when you need more advice.

Hi ~ may I ask something ? What kind of case are you trying to appeal? You mention Pitney Bowes in your question ~ did you not get an item in the mail but tracking shows it as delivered through the GSP?
