Ebay Monthy Invoice-Paypal Funds Not Cleared? Trouble for invoice?

I am new to ebay, 
 I have sold a few items so far and I have to wait for my funds and everything to clear as for safety measures,

will that hinder the ability for funds to come out of pay pal at the end of the month for ebay?

- I use automatic payment system.

No,there will be no problem in paying your monthly fees if you have it set up for automatic payments to come out of PayPal each month.Ebay isn't going to wait for their payment,even if you have to wait for yours.
