I reported a fake Michael Kors watch 3 times within 5 days and eBay does nothing.
There are 5 bids on this FAKE watch and the winning bidder will be stiffed.
Ebay does nothing to protect buyers.I have reported some fake Michael Kors watches and Ebay should be thankful that someone like me makes their job easier.
They should take immediate action. It's easy : Ask the seller for the model and serial number, both on the back case of the watch,as well for a picture of the inside of the clasp, where there is another number and the MK logo on the crown and Michael Kors name on the clasp.

If you want satisfaction from reporting an item on eBay you must CALL Customer Service and speak to a rep.
Also, please consider that if every item was removed the moment someone protested it, there would be nothing left to buy online. Selling venues require legal proof, not suspicions.

Maybe, but I think the winning bidder will know they are getting a fake because they couldn't possibly afford the real thing. It is still wrong and all these items are cheap Chinese-made fakes that devalue the real goods. I find the same thing with handbags. You will see a Louis Vuitton purse and sometimes the listing even says "This is not authentic. It is a very good replica", which is totally not allowed on eBay. But if people are bidding and buying it is because they want what they can't afford.
EBay does nothing because they can't. They need to be able to make sure the item really is fake. If the watch seller admitted it, that would be admitting to violating eBay's VERO policy. Otherwise it is like mjwl2006 says. EBay can't just remove every listing because a competing seller says so. They need proof, and even model numbers and serial numbers can be faked. Fake Rolexes all have them, at least the more modern and better fakes do.
