I've sold an almost new looking, nice patterned florentine tray. Not knowing the exact material content I didn't specify anything in my description. Buyer now left me a message of disappointment, because the tray isn't made of real wood! and she expects a full refund incl. shipping costs. Because of the size, shipping charges exceeded the items value. Return cost and refund would eliminate each other. So I offered to refund half the item cost and she keeps the tray. Fair deal I though... not to the buyer, she declined my offer. Need advise from any expert in customer service before collecting a neg. feedback!
