Free Listing Promotion?

I realise that most of us don't have a crystal ball (but if you do please feel free to chime in!).  Are there any inklings / rumours / thoughts of another free listing promotion anytime soon?  Wondering if they are putting an end to them since announcing the insertion fee credit for sold auction items.

Have you considered opening a Store?

For $ 15.95 a month you can list 150 FP listings and another 100 auction items.

In addition, you have reduced FVF.

You can't sell anything if you don't list anything.

Yeah, I'm considering opening a store.  I'll have to do the premium store as I usually list about 650 items per month. Long time seller here,  I just have had no reason to do a store all this time because of all the promos I got (and stores don't seem to get any extra promos)

Stores get promos all the time. Once or twice a month on average. One for auctions and one for fixed price. The last fixed price one was at the end of last month. 30 days free fixed price. The listings I listed at that time for free end in 5 days. So I am expecting another promo soon. I hope. 😄

Although I suppose, being eBay, things can change at any time.

Really?  My understanding was that stores barely received promotions.  Or only very few people that have stores got the promos.  That would be great if they did get them.

More the opposite since the spring updates of 2014. eBay figured out that those who pay to list, do better, generate more fees. The free list crowd, not so much.

My store has been generating enough sales that I have been ignoring the promos. Yeah, you can't make money not listing. Where did I hear that?

There is a fee calculator somewhere that can tell you the better store level to have. I make my store cost back on the first day of every month and then it is just the reduced FVF after that.

That is the 4th time in a row for fixed price auction.  Where is the auction style format?????  We want that!!

You get 100% refund of your listing fees for auction listings that sell.  eBay will reward sellers listing items at prices attracting buyers.by refunding the listing fee.
