Free Listing Promotion?

Have not seen any FREE listing promotions in months.  What is happening?

I have had  few, two in the last couple of weeks. The women's clothing one caused me to "drag" a few items out of my "closet".

I predicted they would target store subscribers as we pay to list.

There were at least 4 in August (most were invites), one BIN/Auction, one BIN only, one Auction only on both sites and a Women's Clothing promo on eBay.com for the entire month of August.
