Has anyone used the eBay branded envelopes that Canada Post has for sale?

Found in the Canada Post supply section: eBay sellers' flat-rate envelopes -- except they are not flat rate. When you find the detail page, they are envelopes to which you add postage.

eBay Pack - Product # 533086682

The eBay Pack is a sturdy plastic envelope (406 mm x 305 mm) designed for eBay Seller shipping needs. Has the eBay logo in upper left corner and a Canada Post logo in lower right corner.

This is not a prepaid envelope.
Additional postage is required.
Can be used for mailing within Canada, to the USA and to other international destinations.

Size: 40cm by 30cm (16 by 12 inches)

Must be ordered in multiples of 25.

Cost: $3.50/pack (14 cents each)

Has anyone used these?

The category has been around a long time.

Apparently customers ask for a lot of extra pictures.

On feet, naturally.

And some sellers sell those pictures off eBay.

From a PO Box, I would guess.

hahahaha,

agreed !

I clicked on the sold listings, as i was curious, one pair of socks went for 515$ USD!

bonkers. just bonkers.

I don't think I will ever look at those again. But dang. People are funny.

I like that people put little winky faces after stating that they will wash them before sending.

Okay, maybe "like" is not the right word.

I find it amusing would be the better descriptor.

thanks for making my day more hilarious people !

Re: Has anyone used the eBay branded envelopes that Canada Post has for sale?

I would think a conversation about eBay envelopes for sale would by definition include the prospect of being able to push the envelope topically. Others looking for a safe place to park their minds might want to retreat with me to the distant past when socks, the dirtier the better, were wrapped around sore throats as a homespun remedy.

My apologies, I led the thread off-topic. I cannot help myself. It wasn't intended to be disrespectful to anyone here.

(But used socks are, in fact, a fine example of what might be safely and appropriately posted in a poly-envelope.)
