Hello -- this is a silly question but how do you list shipping to different countries - for example

to list shipping rates in different countries - for example my shipping within Canada and the U.S. is $1.50 but to all international locations the rate is $2.75.   I have seen the list of countries when looking at other listings of people but I just can't seem to find it or how to list the shipping as 1.50 in Canada and the United States and $2.75 for the United Kingdom and all other international locations.   Many thanks for any help.

On the Sell Your Item form, the first shipping section is Canada.

Choose Flat Rate from the first drop down menu.

Enter the shipping service (Letter?) and the charge.

The next shipping section is International.

Choose Flat Rate.

Choose Custom Location

ChooseUSA

Choose shipping service and the charge.

Then Choose Offer Additional Service

Choose Custom Location

Check off countries you will sell to

Enter charge.

Leave Will Ship WorldWide Alone.

Enter handling charge if not already included in Flat Rate. Bubble wrap ain't free.
