Help! i have been trying to contact the seller for the shipping cost but not answer and i have an unpaid case . what should i do?

i have try to contact the seller and she told me she will send me the shipping cost but nothing , and now i have an unpaid case .. i have ask her to cancel the bid because i don't think the payment will cleared on time but not response from her .

please any ideas?

Hi .. not much you can do without the seller's cooperation. Could pull contact and call..advanced search..find contact information.

I notice a lot of your purchases are ship US only. Do you have a US address on account or asking permission.

If a strike is assigned , can try and appeal ( agreed to ship but never provided shipping cost)..

If the Unpaid case is still open, state in it that no shipping cost has been given.  Or pay the shipping that is given, even if it is the US domestic rate, since that will show that you are willing to pay.

If it is closed, the transaction is over. While you might win an appeal, it would make more sense just to move on. One UID Strike will not hurt you much, but do make sure in future that you have a firm quote on shipping BEFORE bidding, since a second strike will make it very difficult for you to bid on eBay.

Once the seller has chosen an Unpaid Item Dispute, he cannot switch to a Mutual Cancellation. (And vice versa).
