Help needed: sell fine vintage jewelry.. Listings detailed. Lots of photos. Hit LIST ITEM - and I am knocked off eBay. Listing is gone!

Tried to list sterling locket yesterday and today. Exact measurements important. Photos important. Item specifics important.  I get all this in to my listing and hit LIST ITEM.  I am knocked off eBay and into cyberspace.  This problem can occur with any item I am listing.  I can spend an hour putting a great listing together and it's gone.

I notice the most detailed listings use Auctiva, etc.  These listings have loads of copy and I LOVE loads of copy on vintaqe items.  But I need the information retained and I am losing faith in eBay because of this and other technical difficulties (loss of Item Specifics while listing is live!) etc..

Can anyone suggest a company (such as Auctiva) which would provide professional templates, working offline (I guess) and then uploading/whatever and which might even give me  a scrolling gallery.

Any and all suggestions would be very much appreciated.  I am selling in the $100 and up market, a few less and many more.

I type my copy in a microsoft word or works and then copy and paste into my listings.
