Hi. Do you have any way to open case after 45 days time limit passed?

I did buy item before Christmas, but I did not received this item yet. I am sending emails to seller already two weeks, back and forward, with zero results. The 45 days term is already passed, and eBay is not giving me possibility to open case. Here is item id 260882560348. how I can resolve this situation?

Hi .. never let payments go beyond 45 days. Ebay/PayPal cannot help. Did you charge payment to your credit card. If so , call the 800 # on back and ask for a chargeback. Have all transaction details on hand when calling.
