Hi. I purchased an item and the "Request Invoice" option is not available to me. The seller contacted eBay and was assured that this option is available, although it is not.

I would like to request an invoice so the seller can reduce the shipping fee.

Any suggestions?

The Seller should be able to send you one through PayPal if it's not working through eBay on their end.

While Paypal Buyer Protection is slightly different than eBay Buyer Protection, it is still very strong. Go ahead and ask for a Paypal invoice. Have the seller note the eBay number in the Text Box.
