My favorite part is the ... make sure to offer free shipping AND an extended return policy to encourage buyers ... or is that borrowers ... to shop your store .... this way you can be green for christmas and in the red for january ...

This is just ebay trying to get sellers to match the A-river holiday return policy for their sellers.
