Cannot be done.

If you want to accumulate AirMiles using your credit card, you should get a credit card that provides AirMiles with purchases such as BMO MasterCard - available in both Canadian and American dollars. Then you link that credit card to PayPal to pay for your purchases.

Sellers can do the same, linking a MasterCard with AIrmiles to pay for their fees.  I have done it for fourteen years and have accumulated thousands of AirMiles while paying my eBay fees.

I think that the OP might be asking how to use their air miles card for ebay purchases. Before you make your purchase, you have to go into ebay through the air miles site. There used to be a link on ebay to do that but I can't find it. You should be able to enter using the following url
