How can a seller send her own invoice when enrolled with global shipping? Does anyone know.

How can a seller send an invoice when enrolled with global shipping? I bought an item from a seller that is enrolled with GSP as she agreed to ship it herself without the global shipping bandits. She is saying she has a hard time sending invoice. She is quite a new seller and maybe just has to figure out how to do this.

I have had a couple of sellers do this in the past and they didn't have a hard time. But I wouldn't know as I'm on the wrong side of the border. So I am wondering how she can send me an invoice so I can let her know.

There is a $14.00 difference in shipping costs from GSP so that's quite a hike.  Any help would be appreciated.

Someone on this board not too long ago suggested that the seller could "Request a Payment" through PayPal and simply add the listing details manually.

Thank you for your help. I sent her an email with that information and hopefully she can figure this out. Hopefully she can do this with the item number alone.  I'll come back here for more answers if this doesn't work.
