Hi .. What is the wording of the message you are seeing. Sellers must have a linked PayPal unless they have a merchant account for direct credit card.

A US seller who does not ship to Canada can block non US PayPal accounts. Sellers can block buyers who do not have a PP account.

Try contacting the seller to ask if they accept direct credit card payments, if in fact they do ship to Canada.
