Hi 'alkis',
You obviously know how to create a listing, so would you not just list the item(s) and price + shipping? And then in the title use the buyer's user ID so he can easily find the listing yet no one else finds it first. Then you tell him you have his listing available for him to buy. Seems easy. Is that what you meant?

Usually the cheapest method is to use Fixed Price/30 days. Give your potential buyer a deadline, perhaps 5 days.
If he does not buy, then change the title and tweak the listing if necessary, block him(for wasting your time and fees) and let it ride.
Worth the 25c.
You may be able to use a Free Auction. If so, make the opening price the total of the agreed price and the cost of shipping to him, and make it "Free Shipping". Which gives you an automatic 5 star rating for shipping cost. When he bids, end the auction and he automatically wins.

Could I suggest that titles don't need to be grammatical, but should give clothing sizes?
Christian Audigier Men's Panther Shadow Foiled Tee in Blue 100% Authentic
Christian Audigier Mens Panther Shadow Foil Tee Blue Sz Small
or
Christian Audigier Mens Panther Shadow Foil Tee Blue many sizes
The 100% authentic is actually a turnoff. It "doth protest too much".

And by "size" - every manufacturer makes their own sizes. You need to put measurements into the description.
It is not unusual for me to be wearing clothing with three or four different marked sizes at the same time, because one manufacturer thinks XL means a 34" bust and another thinks it means a 40" bust.
