How do I get rid of advertising on my landing page

How do I get rid of advertising on my summary page.  I have annoying  ads jumping around on the left side of my landing page.  This is my page, where I work from.  It is extremely irritating to have these distractions. There is an "x" in the top right corner, to supposedly delete, but when I click on that, the ad now covers my whole page.  As strictly a seller, I pay lots of fees to sell on ebay.  I'm not interested in retail stores invading my working space.  Thanks  for any suggestions.

You could try using a pop up blocker, or just get used to it. We all pay fee's to sell on Ebay, but without selling advertising space we would probably pay more in the end. I hate all pop up advertising, but that's the reality of the internet now.
