How do I get the "watch" button back?

I no longer have a "watch" button to press whan I am looking at soemthing up for auction. Does anyone know how to turn this feature back on?

Hi greatgoogli..watch should be just under place bid/buy now with drop down other lists. Can save up to 200 to watch list or to other lists.

Can also click on customize view ..formatting..item information..check watch this item link to show on your search pages.
