Paypal works internationally. You can accept money from any country and send money to any country (provided the recipient has a PP account of course.)
You can choose to pay your supplier in Canadian dollars, but most Canadian businesses are quite comfortable accepting foreign currencies. Actually, pretty well any country will accept the US dollar, it's the closest thing we have to a planetary currency.
