How do I list multi-variation on ebay.ca?

I have been battling with this for weeks now! I've made multiple calls to ebay with no success. I've had tickets opened and escalated, only to not hear anything back. This is extremely frustrating!!!

All I want to do is create a multi-variation, or bulksell, on ebay.ca. I have been able to do this fine on ebay.com, but can't mimic the same steps on ebay.ca. 

Ebay first tried to tell me this isn't an option on ebay.ca, which simply isn't true, as I've found other ads on ebay.ca that are multi-variation. I'm as close as you can be to completely leaving this company, and the horrible service I have received.

This is my last ditch effort in hopes that someone in the community has a solution.

Are you doing everything according to what is outlined in this link here?  Not everything can be done with variations but there is a list of categories where it should be OK,

I'm finally found the area to do variations, but I'm being told I'm limited to 10. I made a request for more, and was supposed to hear back within 10mins, but haven't heard anything.

I need a higher limit for my variations.
