Where on the site, can I accept the international sellers agreement. I'm in Canada, but I'm looking to make my products available to the states

What happens when you fill in the Sell Your Item form here on eBay Canada?
Does it allow you to give a shipping rate for the USA?*
If you are in Canada and listing on eBay dotCA, you are not an international seller.
*As a new seller, I would not advise shipping overseas just yet. Shipping is the hardest part of selling here.

Do you have another account that you've used in the past with which to make purchases?
If so, use it to start selling.
A feedback count higher than zero lends credibility to your selling ID and makes you less of a target for any unscrupulous buyers who may be lurking out there looking for rookies who might be easily intimidated.
If not, do some light buying here first to get a better idea of how the site operates.
It's important to see ebay from the side of a buyer if you want to provide good customer service as a seller.
Even if you're accustomed to selling on other online venues, ebay has its own peccadillos. Get to know us before you start listing things for sale. And good luck, come back to the ebay Canada Community for advice whenever you need it.
