Currently your eBay order history allows last 60 days / 2016 / 2015 / 2014 as viewing choices.
When 2017 starts the display choices will become last 60 days / 2017 / 2016 / 2015.
Items older than 90 days on eBay will provide Seller ID and title of the listing (but no actual listing link).

If you need older than that your only other option (aside from keeping records yourself) is your paypal transaction history. For older stuff you will have to use Paypal's legacy pages (the new style pages fail to deliver) to see your old purchases. You also have the option of downloading one or two years at a time in a spreadsheet readable format (easier searching).
