How do I show that I will ship to Canada and United States by Expedited shipping

I sell on ebay.ca and ask for payments to be in Canadian funds

I want to show that I will ship to United States and Canada but can't figure out how to do this.

I thought I had resolve this since I had found a section to choose these choices but it did not show up on my next new listing.
