If you want to see listings in Australia, with Australian currency, you just need to log on to eBay Australia: www.ebay.com.au
If you actually want to change which eBay website you're registered on, you need to contact eBay Customer Service from the Australian website, and ask them to change it for you. I'm not aware of any way for a user to change this himself.
