Buyer won bid on 7/11/12 which is 6 days and no payment yet sent second invoice and have still not heard from him.

Hi.. @ 6 days and no communication its time to file an unpaid dispute to recover your final value fee.....

Add the buyer to your blocked bidder list..

Do you have requirements set to block members with 2+ unpaid strikes...
