How to get the 15% discount from Canadapost?

Hi!I have been using Canadapost for more than 5 month. I have a venture one card which is 5% discount. But I 've never used it.

It's so great to hear the power sellers are possible to get 15% discount. I alway use manifest to ship(around 200 shipments per month). I wonder how can I get the 15% discount from Canadapost? Do I need to talk to sb from Canadapost to get it?I registered my account 6 month ago. I don't know who is the reps in charge of my account. Appreciate in advance for your help.

If you are shipping about 200 parcels per month you may be entitled to MORE than a 15% discount. Go to www.canadapost.com and look under the "business" section. Call the # and ask who your rep is. Have your customer# ready. There is a good chance you are already receiving some kind of discount and are not aware. Note that discounts do not apply to "small packet" shipments (under 1kg).

Correct lables .....and remember folks the discount for shipping to America is only for USA Air over 1kg .....no other services
