I Bought From A Now Removed User, My Item Never Arrived, And I Am Typing This 46 Days Later. HELP

Well, basically what happened is that I found a great deal, made the purchase, then maybe 4 days later, I check eBay only to learn that the item and the seller have been removed. So I Click on it, and it tells me I should wait 10 days after the said delivery date. Ok. Now I am 15 days after the said delivery date, and I'm also sitting at 46 days after I made the purchase, which rules out the Resolution Centre, and because the seller got removed, I cannot contact him/her. I am extremely confused. If one of yoiu guys knew how to get a refund from someone, that would be wonderful.

Have you tried going through the Resolution Centre yet?

If you funded the transaction by Credit Card call the customer service number on the back of your card and ask to do a charge back.
