I am a seller, place an ad for a BIN, however eBay changed it to the starting bid, not what I want

I posted a pair of Pants as BIN  with starting bid of $10 and BIN as $14.95. I have bid of $10. How can that be, when I want $14.95?

Auction with BIN -- once the auction gets a bid the BIN goes away.

If you wanted $14.95 you should have either started the auction at that price or used a fixed listing with $14.95 as the sale price.
