I recently just bought an item form this buyer, and i doubled checked the shipping, it was worldwide (excluding some countries) but Canada wasn't one of them. It even gave me the estimated amount the shipping would be to Canada. A day after the payment cleared, the buyer emails me saying he can't ship to Canada and opened a cancellation case and refunded my money! Is there anything i can do at this point? he's not messaging me back, I'm trying to reason with this person and see if there is extra money towards shipping i can pay!!!!

<<after ... payment ..., the [seller] ... refunded my money! Is there anything i can do at this point? >>
Hello 'reemzee',
You mean is there some way you can force the seller to backpedal and accept your payment
and send you the item after all?
No.
If the seller has emailed you a Request for Cancellation you can choose to decline it, since you
obviously do not wish to cancel. If you are really in a fume about it you could report him as a
non-performing seller.
And certainly you can leave feedback. At this point, however, I strongly suggest you do not leave
any form of negative.
Doing so will make you look far worse and do more damage to you than it will to the seller.
Moreover, considering how block-happy so many sellers are, you may find that others remove
your bids and block you from their items because of it.
Sellers are petrified of people who leave negatives too quickly.
You have a very small score and have thus far only left one feedback. If the next one you
leave is negative, - it will look like you leave negatives half the time.
We don't have a lot of colour choice, and since you did get your money back and only lost a bit
of time, in this case the best course of action may be to leave no feedback at all.
Feedback is always optional, so you never have to leave it. Sellers cannot leave negatives for
buyers, but they are very watchful about what kind of feedback is left by others.
If you buy much on ebay there will be times when they leave you no choice but negative. This
does not seem to me to be one of those times.
Never mind about leaving a neg to 'enlighten' future prospective buyers. It would be foolish to
damage your own ebay reputation for the sake of 'others'.
You will have to find another seller if you still want to buy that item. Be sure to read the entire
listing from top to bottom, and ask any questions before bidding.
As for this current transaction, the best thing you can do for yourself is move the listing from your
Purchase History to your Archives, and then put it out of your mind.
Good luck.

He sent you a transaction cancellation? Decline it. You will need to select the decline option. This way the seller doesn't get a refund on their fees. If there was a valid reason for the seller not to sell, like he doesn't ship to Canada, I would advise you to agree to the cancellation but the seller hasn't given a valid reason to cancel the sale so decline the cancellation and leave negative feedback stating the seller refused to sell and leave low DSR stars.
