I can not see purchases past 60 days

I am unable to see any purchases past 60 days and I am having difficulty receiving several (9) items from one store. I was offered a return but I need to be able to see the products I paid them for first. I have tried everything on this site to see up to 3 years but still am not able to go past 60 days. HELP please

click  on purchases,then archived at top of page, and you can go back a few years.
