The buyer has denied to cancel the transaction. The case has been closed. I sent him a refund after this. What can I do now?

Pay your fees when ebay sends you the bill. 😄
Sadly, that is what happens when a buyer declines a cancellation. The whole thing is set automatically for "accept" so why in blazes a buyer - even a disgruntled one - would change it to refuse is beyond me. But alas, whatever transpired between you two to cause him to do this, you cannot now file for anything else. You have seen this link about it:

Sometimes the Unpaid Item case is best for a belligerent buyer, but such a person may decide to pay and then you surely end up with a negative, - or a 'not received' claim if you didn't use Delivery Confirmation. You can read about the process if you like:
http://pages.ebay.ca/help/sell/unpaid-items.html
With a cancellation, you are supposed to refund first. Then the buyer is supposed to accept. At this point about all you can do is hope for green feedback or none at all. You know the old saying, "no feedback is good feedback". And then add the person to your list of blocked bidders:

Best wishes. 🙂

One of the drawbacks of dropshipping is that you never know when your supplier has the products you sell in stock.
You were lucky to get away with a neutral.
You will see what happened to your *much more important* Detailed Seller Ratings when you have enough to be displayed.
Further, if the products you sell are not being shipped by you from Yorkton, you have to put the location of the product (usually China, sometimes the USA) on your listing. Otherwise your buyer may be infuriated to be charged duty, sales tax and an $8.50 service fee as an importer.
If you don't have it in your hands don't sell it.

Some buyers will not agree to a cancellation when the seller doesn't have the item that was listed. We know it is not your fault if you are using a dropshipper but you have encountered one of the reasons many responders on the AC advise sellers to never use dropshippers.
