July is 3 months ago. eBay only keeps detailed information on sales for the last 90 days.

If you are unable to contact the seller via eBay then check your paypal info for contact info.

 

But with this amount of time I'd file a claim for Item-Not-Received via PayPal (something you can do for 180 days after purchase date through paypal).

At this point you will be lucky to get even your money back.  If the seller promises to resend the item you will get nothing.  A promised replacement is to delay you so you can't even file a claim any more.  As it is you can't leave feedback. 

 

Like the other member said, if you have a PayPal account you can use the RESOLUTION CENTER under TOOLS to file a claim for an Item Not Received.  At least that way you get a refund. 

 

If you don't have a PP account then you will have to call the customer service number from your credit card company and file a chargeback.  The CS person you speak to will tell you what you need to do about that. 

 

Next time you buy remember that you have only 30 days after that LAST estimated delivery date to file a claim on eBay.   With PayPal its 180 days from when you paid.  Cheap items from China can take a long time but this is TOO long so if you can get your money back, take it.
