Hello,
I ordered an item off a seller in Asia before xmas. I didn't received the item initially and requested a refund. Last week I received the item in the mail and wish to pay for it. I contacted the seller to tell him/her that I received the item and wish to pay him back but he doesn't reply. Is there a way for me to pay for the item? I don't want to keep the refund since I got the item.

Log into PayPal
Use the "Send Money" link
Send the amount in the correct currency to the seller. His email address is available from the original payment page.

Do include a note if you pay the way "pierrelebel" advised, referring to the original eBay listing number, and the transaction numbers for original payment and refund. You will find this information in PayPal by opening up the drop-down menu on the transaction for payment and refund.
Did you include all those reference numbers in your note to the seller? Large sellers won't be able to figure out which sale/refund you referred to, or match your re-payment to the original transaction without this information. I would prefer a PayPal invoice in this situation, so if you would too, you could try contacting the seller again if you omitted the details the first time.
