I have an item listed and someone has used my photo to list a similar item ( Is this allowed? ) I don't mind them selling for less than my item but to use the photo I took and not even mention in their ad that it is not the item in the picture they have listed seems unscrupulous. What can I do?

Report item (on their description page)  - Copyright - Images from your listing

If you have no bids you can add a watermark to your picture.

If your auction will end before theirs, you could switch the picture on your listing for something else. A handwritten note that says" This picture was stolen" or perhaps one of elephants mating. Which would be educational.
