If you paid with Paypal you only have 45 days to file a claim and get your money back. 5 months is a long time to wait, I think you are out of luck on doing anything about it now.

It's a long shot, a very long shot, but if you paid from your credit card through Paypal, you can try calling the customer service number for your card and asking about a CHARGEBACK.

Although credit cards have a longer deadline than Paypal, they do have deadlines , so do this immediately.
