I have recently purchased an item and have paid through paypal but I the seller has not sent the item yet. It has been 7 days.

Hi shog.. I don't think you should be worrying at this point. A casual seller who may just not have marked the item as shipped. No excuse for not communicating though.

UPS ground should deliver in 10 days. Give it a couple of weeks.

Claims can be filed in PP resolution center for 45 days but best to always file no later than day 43 from payment date.

The seller has had a whopping 3 feedback from sales so not the most experienced person on ebay.

If the seller uses paypal shipping, the **item shipped** icon lights up automatically. If the seller ships on his own at the post office, then the icon has to be lit up manually and I will admit that on occasion I have forgotten to update that information.

Have you emailed the seller and given them adequate time to reply, not everyone is at their computer every day.  This is clearly not a full time seller....very part time.

In short, you will likely get your item just fine.  While this is a high risk item, the seller has sold electronics before with success.  You have 45 days from payment to file a claim of non receipt through paypal.

Post back here if you have not received your item within 3 weeks of payment.
