I have been selling on eBay for almost a year with only 2 sales. Neither party left a feed back. I am rated " above standard" . i have been offering free shipping. Now i have decided to sell pre-owned, hoping to make more sales. What am i doing wrong?

Your titles are your best advertising. You have 80 keystrokes to attract customer and you are not using them.
Every clothing item should have the colour, the size and perhaps the fabric in the title.
Actual measurements of the garment should appear in the Description.
For example:
Serenade Crushed Look Blouse Burgandy
You spelled Burgundy wrong.
The marked size is XL.
'Fits smaller' is a turnoff. Measurements please!
I have this style in many colors so i have only worn this once.
Yes, it is used, but don't emphasize this too much. Even the fact that it is from your personal wardrobe and not a thrift store is a little off-putting. Too personal.
What is the weave? Is it satin? Crushed velvet?
And have you checked your listings on a mobile device? There are a lot of impulse buyers who shop on their phones. Look at your listings on yours. You may be surprised at how different they look.
In my opinion, the title could be Serenade BLOUSE top burgundy XL crushed satin ruffles club

Agree you need measurements. Often shirts are listed with the laid-flat, across-the-chest measurement given, as well as the length. Skirts... give us a waist size. "Party dress" isn't going to come up in many people's searches. You should put the colour and materials in the title as well as in the little specifics box. Think about people searching for items... what keywords are they likely to enter? Cram as many relevant keywords into the title as you have room for -- and don't waste characters with "L@@K", "nice", "lovely", "cute" etc. More detailed descriptions would also help. Buyers aren't going to care if you "love to shop" or that "it fits perfect" for YOU. They don't know your size anyway. And you could leave out the chitchat of "I don't know why I bought it... I hope there is a buyer". Focus on the item features that will sell it. Think about sales pitches you might get from staff in stores. They'll go on about the qualities of the item, not say "I hope you'll buy this."
So I think two of your problems are not enough title words to get your stuff to show up in people's searches in the first place, and not enough description if they do.
On the plus side, given Canada Post's appalling rates, I think your shipping prices are quite reasonable.
Good luck.
