I'm not sure why or how that would happen. I imagine you already double checked the info that you entered and made sure the free shipping isn't checked off. Sorry but I had to ask. 🙂
I noticed that the shipping price to the U.S. is not working on that listing.

you must have accidentally selected the free shipping option in your listing. Trouble is you already have bids, so you cant change it now. I would either add a comment to a revised description , cancel the listing, or just stick to the free shipping.

The listing started 4 days ago, but this didn't show up until today.....I've added to my description that I do not offer free shipping. Thanks for your time and help.

That is not good enough. The people who have bid expect free shipping, and can report you to eBay for not giving it to them. I would cancel the listing and put that it was an error. I have done it.

How are you going to know whether or not the seller gave free shipping? If there is a problem, the buyer can report it.
OP - Although I don't agree with the tone of the previous post, it really is not a good idea to leave it the way it is. Many people are not going to read the listing and the $ amount in the shipping field supersedes whatever figure you put in the listing.

At that price just leave it and pay the postage if its a canadian buyer. If you cancel bids and end it now you'll pay the fvf anyway, which will be about the postage. If a Canadian wins they probably took the total price into account entering their bid

"Please note .... I do not offer free shipping" is a worthless statement. Buyers do not read. Any buyer that does read that will either back button, or go "I don't care", I will go with the free shipping statement. Plus? How does that affect bidders who bid based on the free shipping?
Damage control.

If you cancel your listing ebay could and do charge a FVF on the amount of the last bid.
What you should do is revise your listing in huge letters
" THERE WAS AN ERROR IN THE LISTING. I DO NOT OFFER FREE SHIPPING. SHIPPING IS $$$ TO CANADA AND $$$ TO THE USA. I AM TRULY SORRY FOR ANY INCONVIENANCE "
Then contact the ones who have bid and explain the situation and allow them to withdraw their bid.

They didn't charge me final value fees. It happened one time.
However, on a different note, a buyer bid and won an item that I was selling. He contacts me and asks me to cancel it because he was bidding on ten of the same items (from different sellers) and forgot about me. !??!
I agreed and canceled the listing, choosing that the buyer requested it and I got a defect! Was not happy about that.
