I never picked any of the add on extras stuff. I did list items with fixed prices but no reserves nothing extras with none of them sold. I can only list 10 items at a time, why do I have to call to list more? BUT,MY MAIN ISSUE IS , I only sold one (1) item for $64CAD and ebay charged my account $10.87 US. Thats not right is it? I have a big issue with it! If it is I'll never use your site again and post this information everywhere. somebody tell me what to do i am new! ...

What to do?
Read.
Read the Seller Information up right top, in the Sell dropdown.
Search these Boards for information about fees, pictures, titles, descriptions, shipping methods, pricing.
Only about 40% of listings ever sell.
Read about sketchey buyers who prey on low feedback/newbie sellers.
Read about the 21 Day Hold on your customers' payments.
Read about leaving and receiving feedback.
Learn the truth about things eBay allows (no refund listings- such a giggle) and encourages (99cent starting auctions--loud raspberry).
And do some buying before you sell. To learn about the selling experience from your buyer's perspective. Another use for the Golden Rule.

I cannot comprehend this mind frame...
You didn't know what to expect...
You didn't fully educate yourself on what to expect...
You essentially had no idea in any way what to expect...
and yet now, you're acting like you've been deceived!!
