I tried to take down some that I am suspicious about, and eBay won't let me drop them. They still allow me to sell, of course, but I feel that I may be exposed yet to a fixable issue. I want to error on the safe side, only 5 weeks in & I'm in the box,eh. Not good.

Can you Revise the listings?

Try inflating the price to a ridiculous level and the description to say that you tried to remove the listing but were unable to do it. Don't mention counterfeits, it won't be good for your genuine product sales.

If you can remove the picture and add a jpeg of a note saying 'Item not available" all the better.
