I'm on ebay.ca but I want only Americans to buy my products.  How do I set up my listing to exclude Canadians?

List on eBaydotCOM.

Give only shipping prices for USA.

You will have to use Flat Rate shipping basing your S&H on Canada Post rates.

Since most of your buyers will not notice you are in Canada , add this bit of boilerplate to your descriptions.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

BTW , it looks as if you are drop shipping. The location in the listing should be where the purchase is shipped from, not your location.

This gives the buyer a more accurate idea of shipping time and alerts him that duty may be applicable.
