I paid for an item as a guest, and it is now not delivered and untrackable?

Three weeks ago I purchased an item on eBay, and didn't have time to make an account so I bought it as a guest. I made my account after the purchase.

Now my item is very late, my item is considered untrackable because "I did not pay for it" (although I have the transaction record), the seller has been completely unresponsive to my messages, and I can't get their attention through ratings as again, I supposedly did not purchase the item.

I know that the money has gone through but there is no sign that my item will be delivered. What now?

I am having a problem too! I ordered three different items before Christmas and they didn't arrive. I contacted the seller who said they would re-send. Still two of the items did not arrive. Now the time frame has elapsed so I can't contact the seller again to alert them. I have no tracking number but it has come off through my PayPal. I tried to contact ebay and open a complaint but they haven't responded. I tried to find the sellers other items but can't so have no way of connecting to anyone. PayPal says it was ordered through ebay and must be resolved by them. Isn't there anyone here that can help! I have two boys pretty disappointment at not getting there things for Christmas plus an upset bank account.
