So I just made a purchase of an item I won on ebay and paid through PayPal through the normal process. Paid for the item but noticed after the fact that PayPal bundled in a second item I had agreed to cancel with a seller weeks earlier. The problem is I've now paid for something that eBay thinks was already cancelled and I don't have a way to resolve as I can't claim a refund on PayPal. I've contacted the seller to notify them about the error but should there be a way to cancel this on paypals end? it was a relatively small amount which is why I didn't noticed they bundled it with the other item.
