Buyers cannot cancel purchases.
Buyers can Retract a bid on an auction, or can ask the seller to Cancel a bid.
Once the listing is won, only the seller can cancel the bid.
On the listing, use Contact Seller to explain the problem to the seller. Ask that she cancel the second item as 'Buyer Request".
When she does leave positive but vague feedback "Thank you for your quick action" for example.
