EBay has pretty strict standards for new sellers, and especially new sellers of high-value/high -fraud items like yours. As a longtime buyer, you have been the beneficiary of this policy.
It will pass, but you need to surpass a minimum number of sales as well as value of sales to join us oldies.
Given the value of your sold items, I expect that you will be a Top Rated Seller within a few months.
One caveat, you can't see your Detailed Seller Ratings yet. These are much more important than feedback. And because they are anonymous, unhappy and nutso buyers can trash them even after leaving positive feedback. \
